What we hire
Every marquee comes with a complete set of sidewalls, half white and half clear. We advise on the size once we know your guest numbers and whether you want a bar, a band or a dance floor.
From £250
Modern and sweeping, with a design that needs no ropes or guy lines. Available in four sizes that join together to add a reception or chill-out area.
From £2,260
Modelled on the traditional pole tent, with octagonal wooden poles and a reinforced roof that is light and airy without needing a lining.
From £350
Pagoda canopies for bars, chill-out areas and entrances, or as a party structure on their own. They sit happily on hard surfaces and against buildings.
What it costs
These are the hire figures for our standard packages. Tell us your date, your guest count and where the marquee is going, and we will confirm the total for your event.
All three include coir matting and 10 uplighters. Available as one 12x12m, two-pole 12x18m or three-pole 12x24m.
A 12x12m Celeste seats 80, or 60 with a bar and dance floor, and holds roughly 150 standing.
Scaling from 20 to 360 guests. Every package includes sidewalls, tables, bistro chairs, uplighting, coconut matting and fairy lights.
Package totals depend on the size and the extras you choose, so we quote the Gold, Silver and Formal packages on request rather than printing a figure that would not hold.
Please confirm with us whether VAT, delivery and set-up are included for your event, and ask about our discounts for charities and schools.

How it works
Your date, your guest numbers and where the marquee is going. If you are not sure what size you need, we will suggest one, and visit the site if that helps.
A 30% booking fee secures the date. The balance is due on or before the day of delivery, by BACS or card.
For a Saturday event we usually deliver Thursday or Friday morning. A Capri takes about 2 hours to put up, a traditional pole marquee 4 to 12 hours depending on size.
Collection is normally Monday or Tuesday morning, and you are still charged for a single day's hire.
Furniture and extras
Tables, chairs, flooring, staging and lighting, hired on their own or added to any marquee package.
We do not hire linen, cutlery, generators or toilets, but we have reliable contacts for all of them and are happy to arrange them on your behalf.
